The Gifts
We has put together a large range of gifts throughout the country that are available for you to buy, whether you live in NZ or anywhere else in the world. The gift vouchers are sent out as a stylish voucher package. The recipient will receive with the voucher an information sheet explaining what the gift is and how to book. Gift items will be sent out gift wrapped with your messages attached on a matching gift tag.
Exchange Policy
We will exchange any voucher for a different gift, no questions asked. This means if you purchase a flying lesson but the gift recipient would rather have a relaxing massage we will swap it for them. All they will need to do is contact us and supply the original voucher number, details of their replacement selection and delivery address and we will have the replacement sent out. Please note that we do not exchange gift vouchers for cash.
Processing your order
All orders are fulfilled on the day received and posted that day unless you request something different. When we receive the order, we will email you a confirmation and also answer your questions. Then we put together an attractively packaged voucher to send to you or straight to the gift recipient. Gift items will be sent out gift wrapped with your messages attached on a matching gift tag.
Purchasing/Shopping Cart
When you are ready to purchase your chosen gift, click on the shopping cart icon on the detail pages or the shopping cart icon on the pricelist pages. This will add the gift to the shopping cart and take you into the shopping cart screen. If you want to purchase more you can click " continue shopping." Once you have finished, go back to the shopping cart and click checkout. This will take you into a secure server - any details you enter will be encrypted before they are sent so that no-one else can read them.
During the checkout process you will be asked for the recipient name for each voucher (this is printed on the personalised vouchers) and the recipient's address if you want the gift sent direct, plus a gift message. You will also be asked for payment details - we accept payments by credit card, cheque, moneyorder, cash, eftpos (only at our office). Once you have completed the checkout you will receive a screen showing all your order details for confirmation. Make sure you click on the confirm button or your order will not be sent to us.
